Paul sold this house to me 14 years ago.  I’ve thought of selling it many times. Every time I’ve consulted Paul and he provided genuinely honest advice on the best way and time to sell, with or without tenants etc.  He never once sounded annoyed or put out by my very slow approach to selling.

The property sold over December.  Paul kept me well informed, no waffle, just super efficient provision of information and support. The contract was negotiated over the New Year break, meaning a settlement date that I’m so happy with.  Thank you so much Paul, I can’t recommend you and your team more highly.
